Estate Dispute Resolved: $5.75 Million for Valid Will

Todd A. Newman, Esquire represented beneficiaries of a handwritten will that was wrongfully rejected by the Probate Court. At trial Mr. Newman was able to prove the validity of the written will trial thereby entitling his clients to the proceeds of the estate.
