  • How long will my personal injury lawsuit take?

The duration of a personal injury lawsuit can vary significantly depending on various factors, including the complexity of the case, the extent of your injuries, and the legal processes involved. Some cases may be resolved in a few months through negotiation, while more complex cases that go to trial can take a year or more. Get in touch with us today and we can provide a more accurate estimate based on the specifics of your case.

  • What if I don't have insurance?

If you don't have insurance, it can complicate matters in a personal injury case, but you still have legal options. Here are a few things to consider:

    1. Medical Treatment: Seek medical treatment for your injuries even if you don't have health insurance. Some medical facilities may offer payment plans, and medical providers can place a lien on your potential settlement.
    2. Legal Consultation: Consult with our personal injury attorneys. They can assess your case, discuss potential legal remedies, and help you pursue compensation from the at-fault party.
    3. Contingency Fee: We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning they only get paid if you win your case. This can be advantageous, as you don't have upfront legal fees.
    4. Negotiations: Our attorneys can negotiate with the at-fault party's insurance company or seek compensation through a lawsuit.
    5. Financial Assistance: Explore other potential sources of financial assistance, such as government programs, nonprofit organizations, or community resources.

While not having insurance can present challenges, consulting with our personal injury attorneys can help you understand your options and work towards a favorable outcome in your case.
